I can't connect a second Ubuntu hard drive, what should I do?

Hello everyone, I tried to connect a second hard drive through disk utility. Everything connected, everything worked, but after a reboot, access to the disk was lost and there was a not authorized
error. What can be wrong? How to connect this second drive.
PS I'm new to Linux, if you need data for the execution of any command, write them, I just don't know what might be needed.
