How to redirect sip (IPTABLES)?

Good day, there is a network 192.168.1.0/24
in this network there are two masters.
the first aster - 192.168.1.1
the second aster - 192.168.1.2
has a sip from the provider 10.66.66.66.
The link from the provider physically enters the first aster, how can I redirect from the first aster to 10.66.66.66 for the second aster?
i.e. when registering provider numbers on the second aster, the first aster acts as a server, which redirects traffic from 10.66.66.66:5060, for example, to 192.168.1.1:5660

Iptables won't be able to do this because SIP traffic is too complex. You will have to write the correct dialplan.

With the help of iptables, all you can do is redirect all traffic from 10.66.66.66 to the second aster - but then the first aster will no longer receive this traffic. - I don't think this is what you need.
