Wget download site + download external urls from pages?

Hello fellow friends.
I download the site with the following command:
wget -r -k -l 7 -p -E -nc http://site.com
Everything is downloading, everything is fine, but on the downloaded page of this site there are several external links (js-plugins) that I would also download for local use, because. paths to them via http and I have https and they just don't load. and they do not have an https version (i.e. just changing all http to https in the downloaded page will not work.
In general, does wget have a feature for visiting external links in the downloaded site?
