They removed the disks, they wanted to check other SAS disks from another server, they didn’t work together, we connect the native disks back and the server does not see it. Rebooted but no result, the bios has not yet been entered

Go to the RAID controller and check the status of the array. If FAIL then the array is dead.
If ok, everything should load normally and you need to look at where the system starts to load.
Rebild is also possible, then you need to wait until the array is rebuilt
