Hello, I have a problem with the microphone, very interesting. The fact is that at night it worked, and the laptop did not turn off, in the morning, when you try to negotiate, it simply does not work. The interlocutor says that he hisses, but there is simply no voice. The microphone is external, connected to its own port, very reliable, worked properly for 5 years, the sound is always of high quality. Tested via Skype, Windows sound settings, raidcall, teamspeak, etc., everywhere hisses and there is no voice. Windows 10 costs.

Try putting the plug in the headphone jack, there should be microphone mute contacts. Maybe there is a bad connection.
Hisses - does not say anything, it's just a break in contact.
