How to zoom in on an external 2K monitor on a Macbook Air M1?

At a resolution of 2560x1440 everything is too small. It is clear that you can zoom in in each application, but these are all crutches as uncomfortable as possible. On Windows, this problem was fixed by setting the scale to 125%, but here I did not find a standard way to scale. Help, please, who faced this complexity. If it somehow can help, then I can connect both via HDMI and via Display Port
