Hello, tell me what could be the problem, there is a file server on Samb'e, resources (network folders) are shared on it, they contain indesign files that layout designers and editors work with. The problem is that the IDLK files responsible for blocking the file periodically disappear. Because of this, there is a problem with the fact that two people work simultaneously with one file, and if someone renames it or transfers it, then Indesign will fail with an error and the whole "work flies away". In this regard, the philosophical question is how can we defeat this problem, thank you?
PS Version of Indesign Creative Cloud 9. Workstations on Windows 7, Mac os X 10.6-10.8.

For the joint work of the editor and layout designer, it is more correct to use the Indesign and Incopy bundle.
If the editor has full access to the material, it can end badly.
