How to write stat. route?

There is such an outstanding network scheme. Since the points are connected to mikrotik, they are not available for the computer 10.40.6.254. I need to go to each point with a winbox, now only a microtic router is available via windbox on IP 10.140.6.12. On ubuntu, I registered the stat. route add -net 192.168.5.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 gw 10.140.6.12 after which the Mikrotik server at 192.168.6.254 became available, but the points behind it were not pinged. mtr from machine 10.40.6.254

The points are pinged from the Mikrotik server itself.
