Purchases and settings of the Zywall USG 50 gateway personal website stopped opening?

After purchasing and setting up the Zywall USG 50 gateway, the personal website stopped opening. There is no such problem on the other gateway. Everything seems to be due to the fact that the site url completely matches the domain name from Active Directory. At workplaces, it is registered as a DNS ip server with AD. The ping command on the url of the problem site shows that it is the ip address with the local server that is being pinged, and not the real ip address of the site.
