Lack of adequate public services.
It would be nice to leave applications for the repair of yards, elevators, roads via the Internet. To see that other residents of the house / array have already created such an application, then you can like or subscribe to follow the progress.
But it is clear that such services should not just happen, but the utilities themselves should be performers.

Make a normal testlink clone within the open source. There are enough paid services, but among open source solutions, only this is looking for hell.

Free services for testing sites for different devices and operating systems, with real devices, of course. Or with the restriction "for non-commercial use".

There is a shortage of those and those who will be successful, become very popular and therefore bring a lot of profit to the creators! And this is just the secret of each individual developer or inspirer of the project :)

If you are eager to plunge into the crowd of startups - fans of Mini Cooper and Smoothie - I recommend the vc.ru resource. There you will find out what the Internet lacks, and the rest of the time you will read motivating success stories of start-up entrepreneurs)
