Diablo 3 API

Has anyone tried the Diablo 3 WEB API? Documentation here .
In general, everything there is quite interesting, though there are some subtleties that are not indicated in the documentation, for example, how to return information in Russian, or how to work with Russian BattleTags. If anyone has done this, you may know the answers to these questions.
