It's not clear what you want. If you do not like what you bought - write to incompetent people, but go to the store where you bought it and demand the return of goods that do not match the description.
But if you watched the presentation somewhere in one place, and everything was correct in the store, then your claim is unlikely to be accepted.
There is no point in trying to call some apple to important people. The director of the company is not responsible for the printing of brochures.
