I can't update watchos, what can I do?

I won’t say that I have climbed the entire Internet, but I read a lot of news and articles,
the essence is as follows, there are iphone se and apple watch s3 (a1849), at the moment iphone has been updated to version 14.0.1 and apple watch 5.3.8, between them was created a couple, everything worked great,
then there was a period when I didn’t use the watch at all, so they weren’t updated.
Now when I remembered them again (the ios version at that time was 13.6.1) I tried to connect the watch to the phone again, but an account synchronization error occurred, as it is written on the support site, I broke the pair, reset the watch and deleted the watch record from the account, then again I tried to connect the watch and the phone, there was a problem, the creation of the pair shuts up at the moment the clock is updated.
The phone sees the watch, connects to it, but when you press the update button, the update search screen appears, after which it writes that the watch has the latest version (5.3.8).
At first I thought that due to downtime, the jamb went into the firmware of the phone itself, I waited until the big update (14.0) came, tried again and figs, even the story itself. I watched a list of watch models and operating systems, like s3 should chew watchos 6.
Maybe someone came across this or something similar.

Call Apple, they will remove the diagnostics from the watch, perhaps they will tell you how to solve it. But it seems to me that they will want you to reset the phone as well to solve this problem.
