Hello. It is necessary to file a complaint against the webmoney arbitration system. Yes, it is for the arbitrage system, and not for some wallet. In short, the reason for the complaint is this: There was some kind of glitch in web money, I made an erroneous payment (that’s not the point), I wrote to their support, they said I need to sue this wallet for arbitration, I filed and then they suddenly blocked they ask me to get a personal certificate or want to stop servicing my wallet altogether "Given the nature of your operations, we are forced to establish your identity." - for this reason. I received my certificate the very next day. Further, the person against whom I filed a lawsuit unsubscribed to arbitration, confirmed that there was a mistake and returned all the money to me. They don’t want to unblock me, all my requests to justify the reason for the block and why the block was not removed, although I fulfilled their requirements - they are completely ignored. If you write to other tickets, they answer quickly, but they always send me to a ticket where they ignore me. Now, ignoring all my questions about the block, they asked me to take a photo of id, I did it right away and they disappeared again.
As a result: I am losing money, people are waiting for me to pay for their work, all my plans and agreements have collapsed.
I want to figure out what is happening and send a complaint to their director. Advise in what form it will be correct to roll up the complaint.

But they didn’t say that if you get a certificate, then your account will be unblocked? They said that they would consider this option only after receiving a certificate? Well, they considered it and decided not to remove the blocking, without explanation. It's a shame, but everything is written in the agreement, they have the right to refuse to provide services.
I had the same situation with Yandex, it turned out to return the funds only after ~ a year (from time to time I continued to write tickets to them) after blocking, but the wallet was never unblocked without explanation.
