What is the responsibility of a system administrator for installing pirated software?

What threatens the system administrator for installing, for example, pirated Windows on the computers of company employees? Naturally, not at will, but because of the director's economy.

Installing software is the responsibility of the system administrator, so if he installs "pirated" software, then the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation Article 146. Up to six years.

Naturally, not at will, but because of the director's economy.
This is an aggravating circumstance.
Therefore, if officially arranged by a system administrator, it is better not to risk it.
If they are not officially arranged, it is extremely difficult to prove guilt, and only the director will be to blame.

All the blame lies with the CEO, as the owner of the legal entity. Admin goes most likely as an accomplice.

The algorithm is this:
They can raise the history of their correspondence, and if I find a dialogue like:
Then both of them will fly, and even a term for "Conspiracy" may shine.

The use of pirated software falls on the company or the director (if an individual entrepreneur), BUT if the employment contract states that the system administrator is responsible for installing the software, then accordingly the director can shift the blame to the admin in case of problems, therefore, in order to protect himself, the admin must receive some - some piece of paper (for example, an order) signed by the director, which confirms that it was the director who ordered to install this software.
Further, it all depends on the amount of damage (i.e. how much should the software (license) that was installed without a license cost), small amounts, there are small fines, large amounts like up to 200 tons, and if collusion of responsible persons (both directors and admin), then up to 500 tons or imprisonment.
Moreover, if the case does come to an agreement, the administrator will need a lawyer who will prove that the administrator acted on the instructions of the director and was not obliged to notify anyone of a violation of the law.
PS: I have never heard of anyone being caught using unlicensed software in Russia, although few people buy licenses for Windows and office in small companies, because. for some firms, license costs will exceed company revenues)

The above is well written.
If it is simpler, then most likely nothing will happen if the admin did not receive money directly for installing pirated software and did not collude.
That is, it is not necessary:
1. A receipt like "I, full name, received 100,500 rubles for installing a pirated version of program A"
2. A service like "Director Directorovich, I installed a pirate because we agreed so"

And if the office is not arranged, I just come for a couple of hours a day, reinstall Windows, fix something for someone and leave. As if according to the documents I am not there, but there are still witnesses ...

There is also a set-up vartant, personally "passed by":
A specially trained lady (D)
Comes to the accounting department of Horn and Hoof LLC (P) begins to cry that the PC slows down and 1s does not work, good accountants report the phone of their incoming admin / 1s-ka. (A)
D calls A and says: they gave me your phone in R, windows swears at the license and I need to install 1C, I tried it myself - I couldn’t, and in R they said that YOU are just a hero. And he says - take it. D - oh, I don’t have a car, you can remotely through TM. A (he is fully convinced that D is R's best friend and everything is OK with her) - good with you 2tr.
And through TM it heals windows, puts 1s. D transfers 500 rubles to card A (tied to phone A) and disappears for 3 days. But she thinks - she threw it, but on the 4th day D calls, sorry, there is no money on the card, can I bring it in cash, tell me the address. An hour later, D + a couple of stern guys in uniform make out A. Lawyer + first time + large family = 2 years probation + 200tr fine.
And in cooperation with the company, you don’t even need to prepare, they go to the user and say: you have a pirated windows, we’ll go to the pre-trial detention center. Of the entire team, when talking 1-1, 146% there is a hero who will say, it's not me, it's A. Everything can be dried crackers
