What to do with the remaining contract if the IP was already closed at the beginning of last year?

At the beginning of last year, he closed the IP, but there was one unfulfilled contract from 2017. Then almost everything was done there, they came up against at some point with which the customer could not decide in any way (I don’t remember). I didn't wait, switched to other tasks and forgot. Now the customer remembered about it, asks either to issue an invoice for the final payment or to return the prepayment. But there is no IP anymore, there is no current account ... How to resolve it?

Either way, close the deal. An individual entrepreneur is liable for his obligations, including with his personal property - of course, during the limitation period. It is not possible to return the prepayment from the account through the bank - it must be paid in cash (naturally, with confirmation of the transfer of money).
