How to upgrade Lenovo z500 processor and graphics card?

I want to upgrade my laptop, Lenovo z500, but I don't know where to start. I have 2020m and GT740m.
Socket rPGA988B, Ivy Bridge HM76, max TDP 35 W.
I want to change the processor and video card, if possible.
There's also a bios that will probably need to be changed.
Please tell us in more detail about all aspects, because I am a lamer in this matter.
Here, if necessary, screenshots from cpu-z.

@Kotoff1

1. Download the manual
2. Buy compatible parts from the Part list section.
3. You bet. If in doubt, watch videos on YouTube with an analysis of this piece of iron.

you won't change the video card, because in modern laptops? in particular in your "separate fee", the so-called. A "discrete" card is almost never found, it doesn't even matter that the description of your laptop says "discrete", in fact it is "built-in", i.e. soldered (do not look at the selection, the picture is "the first one")
It's easier with the processor, see which is the most powerful one in the same model line and you can almost safely take it as a replacement. With the condition of a suitable CO.
