All games run great on ultras in 2K, and I also tried streaming, everything seemed to be in order. Performance dropped, but not that much. Now, I demolished Windows and all the dances with a tambourine (full screen optimization, game mode, launch from the administrator, etc.) did not help. I sin on updating the BIOS to increase TDP, but I don’t know how to roll back to the previous version. I would do this first thing, and it's not a fact that something will change.
FPS in DotA is conditionally 150 - 200 ultra, with a normal launch, obs kills -100 fps, and even more with streaming, there is no question of quality. I don’t know what to do, I ask for help, because I took this system to improve the quality of the stream, but as a result, shish.

so what about the OBS settings? what is he hitting? vidyahu or percent? run it without the game and look at the load ... maybe the codec is not the right one, or is the coding on the process acceptable, instead of video?
