Error initializing GTA [Verr_gfx_d3d_init]?

Hello! I get this error err_gfx_d3d_init. It is worth playing, as a minute later there are glare and curvature, a lag and this error flies out. Video card: AMD Radeon R9 380 Series. 4 GB My googling skills did not help here, and now I turn to you. I changed DirectX versions, settings in the game folder, all the latest drivers for the video card are installed, even rolled them back, nothing helped. From the video on YouTube, I realized that this is due to the frequencies of the video card, and for GTA they need to be lowered. I did everything in Radeon Software, but I couldn’t find the Wattman settings, I dug around and set the frequency to -20% in the GPU settings. Well, as I said above, nothing helped.

Try MSI Afterburner better , and try lowering the frequencies.
Also try to run the video card through FurMark , for about 30 minutes (or an hour is better) to check the stability of the video card.
First run without lowering the frequency, and then after. If it does not help, then there may be a problem with the video card itself.
