Why did the monitor stop working at 144 hz?

Hello. I'm using a LC32JG54QQIXCI monitor that supports 2K resolution at 144Hz and an MSI 2070 super graphics card. I connected it once, chose the 2k, 144GHz mode and everything was fine. But recently I saw in the screen settings that my monitor only outputs 119 hertz. The monitor settings show that the 144 Hz mode is activated in it, but at the same time the system does not allow you to select more than 120. I updated the driver, reset the monitor settings, nothing helped. Displayport 1.4 connected by cable.
Maybe someone faced a similar problem?

RMB on the desktop - Screen settings - at the bottom Advanced display settings - Display adapter properties - in the "Monitor" tab, look at the list of available frequencies and select the one you need. If it does not display from the available 144 GHz, then try connecting the hdmi cable, or reconnect the display port cable to another connector on the monitor.
I also advise you to watch a video about setting up 144 GHz (each step will take a long time to write, and the video is only 6 minutes) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-FhCaFtTAM

I have a Panda LM156LF-2F01 IPS on Asus taf after overclocking to 270Hz, it worked for a couple of weeks and the bands started switching back to 144 like normal, but when switching to 270 at the top of about 2cm, he tried to depict a picture and below a black screen. and now a couple more months have passed at 144 Hz at the bottom, a white stripe under the desktop with a thickness of two pixels blinks and you spend a white trace around it with a mouse, then it becomes red-green-colored, but the main strip does not go away. and now, in general, if you don’t move the mouse and start moving, then in the upper part a wide strip of many small stripes appears that reacts to the movement of the mouse. I had to go down to 140Hz, and sometimes this band appears at the bottom. servisniki looked said this is Windows is not a warranty case. kind of reinstall. I have so much important... but the warranty is still six months. can anyone tell me which drivers are responsible for the hertz? and how the CRU program affects the monitor, that after it such krakozyabrs come out ..
