Nvidia graphics card for RTX. But 4K is not necessary. Which?

I ask for advice because I am confused and do not understand what to do.
I have an old computer with a gtx770 card. The Witcher ran on medium-low.

What video should I take if I DO NOT want 4k (maybe I want QHD or whatever, PPC, I just found out about it yesterday))), but I want ray tracing?

I will completely update the computer, take the rest under the vidyahu. Do I need a 3070 or 3080, or should I save for a Ti? It seems that some of them are positioned specifically for 4K, but I don’t need it in the next 5 years.

@datka

I want ray tracing
Then you can do anything with GEFORCE RTX.

Look at the hardware requirements of the applications / games that you are going to use and, based on these requirements, look for the right hardware, plus look at the reviews and tests of video cards to understand which one is better to take for a certain resolution

I had a slightly different task (stream + dota2), read and watched reviews for a long time, settled on Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 Super Gaming OC 3X White 8GB GDDR6, for money / quality standards, pubg 150fps is stable at maximum speeds (not ultra, why is it necessary), before that there was a gtx 960 4gb, it was tolerable, but when you start something more massive, it immediately loaded 100% at medium settings, I think it’s enough for a couple of years,
they wrote that it was desirable to have 3 coolers, since cooling for video cards is a pain, on this computer only streams and everything, how she behaves with programs did not check
