Is it better to stream on twitch through a video card or a processor?

As a hobby, I want to start streaming games on twitch. There was a question through what to stream - a video card or a processor.
I play rust, the graphics card is loading 90-98 percent, and the processor is 25-35 percent maximum.
Hardware:
Nvidia 1660 dual oc
Amd ryzen 5 3600 32g RAM @
3200.
Any advice would be welcome on how to set everything up for streaming.
