Recommend a video card with the good old PCI interface?
An important criterion is the availability of drivers for at least Windows Vista =)
And so that there are no problems when playing video (not HD), including DVD.

May I ask, for what purpose? And on what piece of iron. As far as I remember, AGP appeared since the time of the haste, what were you going to start the "whistling" on?

I remember 8-9 years ago we were puzzled by a similar question for a multi-headed workstation :-)
Matrox g450 PCI is still lying around somewhere :-)
Look for them, there are still plenty of them on ebay for 15-200 ye.
In addition to the g450 g550, later there were also NVIDIA GeForce 6200 and nVIDIA GeForce GF FX 5500 PCI.
I don’t know why they are now with PCI express, but ebay is full of such goodness.

Why 5500 if it's full on ebay geforce 8400 8500 9400GT PCI?
With drivers even for win8.
