How to unlock Proxmox admin panel?

Hello.
There is a server on which proxmox is installed and virtual machines are configured.
There was a problem that after some time the proxmox admin panel becomes inaccessible.
We reboot the server and it is available again.
I thought on the firewall, allowed incoming and outgoing traffic, tried to disable it.
Nothing helped.
