How to understand that domains are stuck together?

There is an old domain and a new domain.
I set up redirects, in Yandex.Webmaster from the old domain, half of the IKS was transferred to the new one and the old domain is written under the new one. Does this mean that the domains are stuck together? How to understand that the site has successfully moved to a new domain?

When you enter any old link, you are redirected to the new domain.
