What to do if the test subdomain is indexed by Google?

We developed a new site design - https://arizona-rp.com/
The programmer implemented it on a subdomain - test.arizona-rp.com - and did not hide it in robots.txt
This subdomain was indexed by the Google robot and it is now in the search results (with all pictures and texts, respectively uniqueness on the subdomain)
Everything was entered on the main domain, so the question is - what should I do now to properly remove the test subdomain from Google by transferring uniqueness and weight to the main domain?
301 redirect, or just remove the subdomain and hide the subdomain from indexing in google's url removal tool? or are there other options?
Thanks in advance!

You need to set a redirect (HTTP 301 (Moved Permanently)). After some time, the URLs in the SERPs will be updated and the weight will not be lost.

Page-by-page permanent redirect to the main domain
