How to turn off quotes in PhpStorm?
Hello!
Sometimes, in some confusing constructions with escaping, phpstorm starts to behave inappropriately - you put a quote in one place, and he puts it in another, you erase it, try to put it again where you need it, he deletes it and puts it in the third. Then it sort of calms down, lets me write everything down as it should, I press save ... x * yak ... the quotes are mixed up again.
How to turn it off?
And after that, is it possible to set it up like in a sublime - you select the text, press the quotation mark, it highlights the word with quotation marks, now this only works with round and curly braces.
Checkbox Surround selection on typing quote oe brace costs
