PHP command not working in phpShtorm terminal?

I use OpenServer and PhpShtorm, I want to use php commands in the phpShtorm console, because I'm tired of constantly opening a separate console for this))
The path to php is specified in the environment variables, and everything works fine in cmd

UPD: The problem is solved by restarting the computer after changes have been made to the PATH variable
