phpstorm: font cut off?

I almost decided to buy Phpstorm, downloaded it again to try it out, sit down and figure out the trial. As soon as I opened the file with the code for the first time, I immediately began to be disappointed in the editor itself, the fonts are cut off, or rather the upper part of them.
Here is a screen, marked the first line, take a closer look:

Why such a disaster? I set different fonts, apperance is set to subpixel by default, everything should be normal, but alas...
Fonts become normal only if you make them large, for example Consolas looks normal at size 26, but for me it's too big, maximum 23. Experiments line-spacing doesn't help.
Can I solve the problem somehow?

I have been using PhpStorm for 2 years. Never seen anything like it. Maybe it's in this design of the editor that you put?

select the default Darсula theme in Editor->Colors&Fonts and check if the problem is present/absent. For 5 years, such a problem has never arisen.
Also try some more standard-system fonts
