How to remove the dumb cursor in PhpStorm?

I probably did something wrong in the settings and got a whole square instead of a thin, neat cursor

. Tell me where is it in the settings to return everything to its place?

Maybe you just Insclicked?
If not, then Editor → Genereal → Appearance, Use block caret.
