FTP files not transferring to phpStorm?

Good day to all! I established a connection to the hosting, everything seems to be fine, but when I change the file in the project folder I get an error:
[03/05/2020 12:19] Failed to transfer file 'C:\Projects\111\style.css': cant open output connection for file " ftp://site.ru/style.css ". Reason: "550 style.css: Permission denied".
Tell me what's wrong??!?

permissions on the file, set the recursive permissions on the entire folder to match the ftp user
