Explain if you want to install applications (apk etc) in smartphones?
Then you need to make the site itself, with a certain layout + technologies allow you to fasten accelerometers via API from a smart form, and so on.
And make an application with a web view function. As part of the application, IMHO it is better to use constructors, there are a lot of them now.
