Are there any universities in St. Petersburg that have a master's degree in "Mobile Development".
I found it only at the HSE in Moscow, in St. Petersburg there is no such direction.
This year I am finishing the 4th course (applied informatics), moonlighting as an iOS developer. I would like to go to the magistracy in this direction.

Master's degree is not the level to teach such an applied direction there. I looked briefly at the directions in the HSE master's program - I did not find anything related to mobile development.
In my opinion, the most promising direction for learning in terms of development as a developer and team lead / tech lead is software engineering (you don’t have to go into the profile, I’m studying in this direction). But here you need to look at the specific training program of a particular university - everywhere they teach what they consider necessary, and this is not always consistent with the real needs of both the market and yours when you continue to work in this area. Therefore, no one ever cancels self-education and self-development.
In software engineering, there is definitely a master's program at ITMO because they teach bachelors in this area.
