Has anyone had experience negotiating with the Vkontakte administration not through the site, but directly with the management or those. department?
There is a dilemma. character, which cannot be solved through those. support on the website
I think that office clerks just sit in support on the site, who don’t really care about solving my problem, they answer with memorized phrases.
I would like to visit the VK office in St. Petersburg, but since I am in the region, respectively. The question is, will they let me in at all?

who don't really care about solving my problem
- that's 100% that the directorates don't give a damn about your problems even more. Find a freelance vk api specialist, let him do or advise you

They must get at least some benefit from the time spent on you, otherwise there are always more important things to do. And of course, they understand that their refusal to solve your problem will not affect their own reputation in any way. Reputational risks are zero.

If you have at least 5-10 million traffic per month - I think making an appointment will not be a big problem.
If not, eat what they give you.

Of course not. If there is no such opportunity means they don't need it, and they don't care about you.

Ok, guys, I'm selling direct access to the technical team)
We also recently found a real bug on the VK side (concerns sharing), the task was accepted from us, and, perhaps, already fixed.

No way - they don't give a damn about a small developer.
For example, I tried to pay for an advertising banner with an advertisement for my own application - and "VKontakte" was simply blocked, although it was completely harmless (just the text "Let's write a preference bullet?" and variations - when I tried to understand what did not suit them)
On the 3rd day and after 20 attempts, it turned out that "they" were not satisfied with the link from the game to my own gaming site with a table of players.
And those support did not explain it in any way - they simply stupidly banned my banner with the standard wording.
