The application is already completely ready and I'm thinking how to put it in the AppStore from the customer's account. (I don't have a developer account). First you need to ask him to create and pay for an account. And then I can log into this account from my computer and upload the application? Or how?

Publishing to the AppStore will be through Xcode, so you need a developer account on your mac. You can register an account yourself and transfer the information to the customer, or let him register an account himself, but there will be more trouble
