What language / framework to choose for writing a client to the database?

Good afternoon,
what language / framework would you recommend for writing a simple client application to the server part implemented in delphi? The exchange will be via tcp / ip or http, in the mobile application there will be a database partially synchronized with the server part.
I want:
1.cross-platform iOS / Android
2.speed and ease of development
3.possibility to implement a sane GUI for entering / viewing data

Write once in QML - you can run it on any mobile or desktop OS. The entry threshold is low, writing is very easy, there is a set of controls, though you will have to style it for iOS by hand.
