If you have not decided yet, yes Bitrix. This is convenient, your tasks will be solved + quite a lot of programmers working on it, and even entire companies approved by Bitrix itself. this is convenient, because I know that there are difficulties with amo crm, when you have to do one thing with one proger, the other with another, and it turns out a lot of headaches. When we chose CRM because of this, we basically preferred Bitrix, it’s easier at the implementation stage, especially since all this was done by managers who didn’t have much time anyway. we worked with the company vidok, it went like clockwork, no damaged phones between specialists from different sides + there is training for employees, there was less excitement from the sales department than it could be)))
