How to transfer money from Russia to a Ukrainian Privat Bank card

Hello.
There was a need to make a transfer from a Russian bank card to a private bank card in Ukraine.
On the other side there are two cards, one ruble and the other hryvnia.
There is a ruble card here.
How can you do this without getting up from the couch?
Payments do not go through liqpay on my part, so some other way is needed. In Ukraine, as far as I know, it’s impossible to withdraw rubles, you can only withdraw hryvnias.

Dollar account + swift payment from online banking. Details for payment in Privat24 can be obtained. A dollar account is opened there.

I don’t know if it’s possible to withdraw rubles there, mine don’t have a card in rubles. I send them from a Russian card to hryvnia through the Global24 online service and the money is recalculated during the transfer
