Hello, you need to check the payment in the telegram bot in the simplest way:
a person chooses a payment method (so far there will be only Sberbank), enters his full name, or the last digits of the card with which he pays, then he receives the details for payment and the amount (depending on the purchased goods). After the transfer, the person presses the "I paid" button and the transfer should be verified (based on the full name / amount / last digits of the card). Perhaps it is worth doing through some services such as Robokassa or Yandex Cashier? Please advise. Thanks in advance!

Your way is too complicated. It's much easier to use third party APIs. For example, Yandex.Checkout, Robokassa. But in most cases, they require the existence of a legal entity and the conclusion of an agreement. If you are an individual, it is easier to use Yandex.Money or Qiwi, they allow you to pay from a card of any bank or wallet, and at the same time they will send a notification with the details of the operation, so the "I paid" button is not needed. All services will take a commission, this must be taken into account.
