it turns out you do not have a SaaS service - but a marketplace.
The most universal solution for the whole world:
- register a company in the European Union to access the services of the payment infrastructure. The USA is also possible - but not all services are available there.
Option 1 - accept payments to your company and organize payments in a separate service
- accepting payments - stripe. to expand the methods of accepting payments, add adyen
- for payments, your partner sellers create accounts in payoneer and give you their details of local bank accounts in the European Union so that you can send them a payment through SEPA. When the turnover grows up - payoneer will connect you directly through the payouts api. You can automate payments to bank accounts through currencycloud, paymentrails, transferwise.
Option 2 - the payment service splits payments and makes payments to partners
stripe connect - the list of countries is limited to countries where stripe operates, from other countries it will not connect your partner sellers
