Ordering a Payoneer card, if you do not live in your own country, did someone come across?

Good afternoon. Tell me, has anyone encountered ordering a Payoneer card while living in a country other than their own? I myself am from Ukraine, but I live in China and I wonder if the card will reach my Chinese address?

It will come, I ordered it to Thailand a couple of times came without problems.

If you order not to the country of citizenship, then they simply ask you to attach a scan of your passport and some document confirming the address (typically, utility bills in your name).

According to the rules, the card is sent to the place of registration (this seems to be prescribed even under the conditions of a visa and mastercard).
Order and ask (family/friends) to send the card to you in China.
