How to switch the layout to Russian with the left shift, and to English with the right shift on Mac OS?

Those. I wanted to write text in Russian - I pressed the left shift and you write calmly, because I am sure that you will start writing in Russian. English was needed - you don’t look at what the layout is now, but just press the right shift and start writing.
