Macbook gets hot in chrome?

Hello, somewhere here already asked a similar question more than a year ago, but then there was no solution, maybe it has changed now.
I have a macbook pro 15 "2013, after installing chrome, I noticed that on YouTube, if you turn on a 20+ minute video in 720p, the laptop starts to warm up, there is no such problem in safari, is it possible to fix this somehow? I'm used to using chrome as the main browser
