After updating El Capitan to macOS Sierra Magic Mouse 2 and Trackpad 2 began to stutter. Why?

Hello.
The AppStore offered to upgrade the system to macOS Sierra , which I immediately took advantage of.
Everything is fine, but my mouse and trackpad of the second versions (latest) began to move on the slave. table spasmodically , jerkily.
At first I thought that there was Bluetooth interference , turned off all devices in the house and WiFi . The problem hasn't gone away. A clean install of Sierra didn't help.
In OS X El Capitan , both devices move smoothly without jerking .
What is the problem? On offsite, support is silent and they don’t know what it is.
iMac 5k 2015 . Magic Mouse 2. Magic Trackpad 2 .

Maybe something with the settings?
