How to submit a portfolio to Toptal?

There was an interview with a Toptal representative for a designer position, then after the interview a request came from a Toptal representative to demonstrate my portfolio. PDF version requested + link to site / behance / dribbble The question is, is the PDF version of the work in the portfolio required if I provide a link to behance / dribbble?
