I made an order for a very long time, "Turnkey website" Design, CMS, Layout, admin panel. The performer did not cope, and most likely will leave me his shortcomings (with which I have to do something).
The question is, where to find guys to audit such nuances? I have never asked such a question before, who could evaluate the quality of what has already been done, comparing it with technical specifications and making an assessment with reports - an independent opinion, so to speak.
Maybe someone has already encountered this, tell me how it happens, will it be necessary to give all the files for study and verification, and what if these files are then merged by unscrupulous performers or something else?

If there is, look at how much% of the TK is implemented.
If there is no documentation, then consider that nothing has been done, or what has been done is worth nothing. For no one will delve into someone else's code, it's easier to develop your own.
Analyze for yourself:
1) The design is done, does it suit you? This can be assessed visually, if so, then consider the design + layout done - this is about 5,000 - 25,000 rubles.
2) Self-written CMS? If yes - forget about it, no one will support it! If the CMS is like Wordpress, then it costs nothing because it's free.
