Layout designers / front-end developers, how do you look for orders for UpWork?

I am engaged in layout of sites, my search query for upwork is as follows:

(html OR css OR javascript OR jquery OR bootstrap OR psd-to-html OR html5 OR css3 OR js) AND NOT (wordpress OR joomla OR php OR drupal OR C# OR react OR java OR ASP.NET OR Django OR Android OR iOS)

this search drove into the rss reader for Chrome and monitor orders, but not very many of them come.
the question is how do you find them? how to do it more correctly and more profitably?

No way. The competition is huge, no matter how much I tried, it never worked out. Learn JS, and then React, Angular and it will become easier.

If there is no work, then remove those stop words from the search
, bid first, as soon as the work appears, immediately leave the bid and everything will be a bunch

Well, for starters - exclusively by hand. Then you will gradually automate.
