If the review was placed on an order that has a branded risk-free deal (SBR), and if you are sure that this is the customer pid** and not you, then you can try to write to technical support.
I had a negative review removed from a client who, a week later, on the advice of another freelancer, decided that I had done the job wrong. I wrote to technical support, provided all the necessary correspondence from the telegram, and a day later I received a letter of happiness. The review has been removed.
If without SBR, then success will be unlikely, but it's worth a try.
