Is this the norm for freelancing now?

I want to find additional orders for myself, and I meet some trash for a few days. The last time I was looking for a job was in September, I don't remember this
915a0c170553404d9046fae0c0edb7c3.png
. This is just one of the few more or less paid projects.
I also saw options:
graphic designer - backender (freelancers only!, lol),
angular4 + android
and the like.
Now, in order to make good money, do you need skills like 3-4 developers?
PS Previously, there were regular offers to move to Moscow, but they refused, since freelancing suited more than. Does it make sense to give up the office, given the current trends?
PPS Is the lack of adequate projects connected with the holidays?

Let's start with what you see yourself did not understand. MVP is considered a prototype, and literally " minimum viable product - the minimum viable product - the simplest working product prototype ". That is, it does not require a high-end finished product. There are already frameworks / programs in almost any language that allow you to create an application in your language, and then click "generate for android, ios, etc." Yes, they will work worse than it would be written in native languages, especially with logic. But after all here ask MVP.
There are plenty of clients who are NOT programmers. They may know some "terrible words" with a hat, but they themselves are not specialists in OUR field, they do not understand what they write. Likewise, probably on a medical forum, people are discussing "clients" who "drink laxatives along with sleeping pills, mixing up the recipes." I often saw clients who simply unknowingly wrote "nonsense". Either the task was set by HR, who was generally far from the topic and stupidly copied "similar" ads.
Well, there are a lot of clients who want everything at once, and for a penny (the second Facebook for $ 100! I would have done it myself, but there is no time, there are a lot of business for a couple in the evening). And in my ~15 years of freelancing/office, this has been constant. I don’t even pay attention to them anymore, as my gaze has ceased to cling to advertising banners. Therefore, your "surprise" is not clear to me. It has always been so, everywhere, and it will always be so everywhere. Just weed out.

What do you think, if there is an order "Write a site in c ++, js, css3 + the use of AC is welcome"
Is it worth it to respond and write that you can make a site, but do not recommend using this particular technology stack, for these and those reasons? I think this will only be a plus for you.

Yes, it's the norm now. Customers want a product. And the product in our time (if we talk about the web) is a website (design, usability, layout, front, back) and mobile applications (android + iOS). Plus, set it all up (admin). Plus SEO and promotion.
Then it will be even more fun, because. other interfaces appear - voice, virtual/augmented reality, wearable devices. And yes, customers will want to have it done for them.
Few customers will assemble a team of freelancers on their own. And they will only try once and give up on this matter (difficult, incomprehensible, time-consuming - in general, work for a professional).
And simple projects are either already put on stream by studios that rivet them for a penny, or are closed by tools like Wix.
