Work for oDesk, paypal, taxes in Russia?

Good afternoon, I ask you to help me sort out the issue ...
I work for oDesk, in addition to this, there are a couple of long-term (but with small amounts) contracts in the EU countries.
I want to somehow legalize this whole thing, because the constantly growing amounts of receipts on paypal are embarrassing with further cashing into the account of an individual in growth. bank. Since paypal has collected all personal data, including the TIN, and sooner or later the tax authorities may have questions about where it all came from. I know that amounts less than 600 thousand rubles are not of interest to the tax authorities, but if there is a regular monthly income of about 100 tr on the account in the bank, I think they can throw off information about this to the tax.
There was an IP in Russia, it was closed, now it needs to be reopened for a number of clients from Europe, they are asking for papers, but at the same time it is not clear what to do with ODesk. After all, there are no contracts with each client that I could submit to the tax or currency control if necessary ... Orders on Odessa are different, they cost $ 100 and you won’t ask for papers by fax / mail for each such contract ...
How to best solve this issue?
I looked at the options for opening a company in Estonia, but will I be able to link and withdraw money to PayPal and what about the tax in the country of residence in this case? + the issue of visas and other things, which is closely related to the status of a non-working character ...
And in general, there is a desire to legalize at least somehow in order to obtain visas + family, children.

Hi, I withdraw through skrill - alpha bank, I asked the bank employees, information on income is provided only at the request of the tax, they do not report themselves.
You can read about skrill in my other posts, look in my profile. Unfortunately, I won’t answer about paypal, because. I don't use them.

Let me remind everyone that now banks are leaking all the information to the tax office and any tax official can see the history of your transactions for any period.

I will advise one thing - legalization) Our taxes, especially for individual entrepreneurs, are very low, and even the severity of control is rather low for a number of reasons. With incomes of 100k per month, the cost of an IP just isn't worth it, plus it's on the rise. You still won’t be able to really buy something expensive with your money, because. each expensive purchase (an apartment for example) requires mandatory declaration. And they will ask where you got the funds from, and that's it.
I don’t presume to judge whether they will notice you or not, whether you are interesting to the tax office or not, I can only say that according to the law this is a crime, and it’s better not to joke with it. It might run, it might not.
The optimal solution is within the framework of existing legislation .
